Dorm Check In

Staying in the Bemidji State University Dorms?

Oak Hall Reception desk will be available for dorm check-in:

Saturday July 13 7:00 am-11:30 pm

Sunday, July 14 7:00 am-3:00 pm 5:00 pm-11:30 pm

Monday, July 15 7:00 am-10:00 pm

July 16-July 27 7:00 am-10:00 am and 4:00 pm-10:00 pm

When you arrive at Oak Hall, please provide your name and Unicon ID number. 

You will receive a packet with -

• A lanyard with your brass room key

• Your swipe card for dining services (if you selected and paid for meals)

• Your building (Oak or Linden)  and room number

• If you have a refrigerator reserved, it will be in your dorm room.

On your final departure-

• Leave your room in the same state as when you arrived. (clean and arranged the same)

• Return your key to the front desk and inform them that you are checking out. 

Special Reminders 

• Linens are included with the room- Sheets, blanket and towel.

• Linens can be exchanged at the midpoint of your stay.

• Free on-site laundry- washers and dryers - are available. 

• Lost Key Charge- $50.
